Sandy McBride sold numerous homes for the homebuilder I worked for and she always did a great job. (And still does.) When it came time for me to sell my Las Vegas house I asked her if she would help me. She told me I had to clean it up and “depersonalize” it before we would put it on the market. I thoroughly cleaned my home and my dog Fizzigig, took down all personal and family pictures and packed up my knick knacks. My house sold quickly and the transaction went smooth.
